The complete suitcase and packed hospital bag came on time. The item is of brilliant quality, the little touches like the baby journal and the baby slippers are a nice touch. When I discovered there was no nappies or wipes within the pack I just had to message Aimee and she rectified the situation sending wipes and nappies in a pack separately alongside with a complementary bear and muslin cloth. Such a lovely touch from Aimee for the inconvenience. Would highly highly recommend this item, it is more than perfect for what we imagined it to be.
