Created by midwives, this luxurious blend of calming chamomile and rose is a great tasting brew to help relax the body and mind before bed. Chamomile and lime flower are natural remedies to treat anxiety and sleep disorders.
+ Lavender is commonly used as a sleep aid and in the relief/treatment for anxiety and stress
+ Chamomile is found to have a calming effect, which can help people feel relaxed and more prepared for sleep
+ Lime Flower acts as an anti-spasmodic, relieves tension and lowers blood pressure
Directions:
Add 1 teaspoonful or 1 tea bag per cup to fresh hot boiling water or oat milk.
Brew for 5-10 minutes.
Enjoy hot.
Drink 1 cup before bed.
